All work is scoped in writing through a proposal or Statement of Work (SOW). Work begins after written acceptance and receipt of any initial payment, if applicable. Changes to scope require mutual written agreement.
Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement:
Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to reference non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing materials. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or code used remain our property.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and proprietary data. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of our agreement.
Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Upon termination, we will provide all completed deliverables.
